a week agoCame here for lunch on a Sunday. Food and Drinks altogether took 45 min to arrive. There was a problem in the system that lead to the waiter writing the bill by hand (waited at least 15 min for it). The place is understaffed. The waiters and runners are clearly suffering with how the restaurant is operated. It also isn’t explicitly shown on social media that the restaurant is stuck to Taiga Beach Resort where the loud club music completely ruins the experience. We were surprised to go through that on top of the incredibly slow service. Having said all of that, food was pretty good. Such a shame that everything else ruined our experience there. Please treat your waiters and runners ethically by hiring more staff and fixing your digital system.
