I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived, with friendly and professional staff always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The hotel’s attention to detail, cleanliness, and hospitality made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were well organized, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. It is a great hotel, one of the best I have been to. They have a friendly staff and great management team. It is our go to resort, our second home. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations every day. I am visiting my family from the US and we went to the restaurant at Mövenpick Beirut twice. Both times the service was exemplary and the food delicious! And, such a beautiful view of the sea and sunset! On the second visit, our server both times, Nadim, was so pleasant, professional and efficient. Towards the end of the meal one of the people at our table got something stuck in her throat and was choking. Nadim immediately knew what to do and took fantastic care of her. We thank him so much for his help and kindness. He didn’t even want to take a tip from us!!!

Had a lovely stay at Movenpick and wanted to give a special thank you to Ahmed Ismael from housekeeping. He was always so kind, friendly, and thoughtful, and genuinely made my stay better. My room was always spotless and his positive attitude never went unnoticed. The entire staff were wonderful, but Ahmed really stood out. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!
