Mario e Mario has been a love project 30 years in the making. Where the restaurant’s infatuation with traditional home cooked Italian food can be shared with loved ones. Here, the pasta is al dente, the risotto is all’onda and the pecorino salty.
Mario e Mario bakes its own bread, prepare its own limoncello and jar, its own locally sourced fresh tuna. The menu is seasonal and relies heavily on the ties we have forged with local fishmongers and farmers allowing to make use of fresh produce in daily suggestions.
Cooking practices are based on the respect of the ingredients and simplicity of the techniques and the aim is to integrate lesser known dishes to menu of Italian favorites.
