Had an amazing night at Antika Bar, full of surprises and great vibes! The customer care was excellent, and the management really stood out with their professionalism, attention to detail, and follow-up. It’s refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they have a great experience. Highly recommended for a great night out! Definitely worth visiting. 👏

Dear Management, I would like to raise a concern regarding the temperature conditions in the seating and working area. The current environment is excessively hot, and the existing air conditioning system does not appear to be providing adequate cooling. Additionally, the available fans are insufficient to maintain a comfortable working atmosphere. The high temperature is affecting employee comfort and may impact productivity, concentration, and overall well-being. Therefore, I recommend conducting an assessment of the air conditioning system to ensure it is functioning properly and considering additional cooling solutions where necessary. Improving the temperature conditions in the work area will help create a more comfortable and productive environment for both employees and guests. Thank you for your attention and consideration.

I celebrated my birthday at Antika today, and unfortunately it was one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve had. The atmosphere and the singer were excellent, and they created a great vibe, but the service completely ruined the evening. I had to ask for a glass of ice four separate times before anyone brought it. In the end, I had to stop a manager myself, and he personally went to get it because none of the staff had done so. I also brought a birthday cake to celebrate. While the birthday songs were being played, the cake never came out. We had to ask twice before it was finally brought to the table, and by then it was almost closing time, completely missing the special moment. To make matters worse, I ordered a bottle of water and only received it after asking three times. We were seated at one of the premium tables, yet we felt completely neglected throughout the night. It genuinely felt as though the focus was on taking customers’ money rather than providing the level of service that should come with it. At the end of the evening, I expressed my disappointment to one of the waiters about the poor service we had received. Instead of addressing the issues throughout our visit, he apologized and asked me not to leave a bad review, even offering me a complimentary drink in the hope that I wouldn’t post one. While I appreciate the apology, a free drink at the very end does not make up for the poor experience or the way we were treated throughout the evening. I expected much better from Antika, especially for such a special occasion. Sadly, while the entertainment deserves praise, the poor service overshadowed the entire experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the standard of customer service, because no guest should have to repeatedly ask for basic requests on their birthday.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in Beirut . The service was unbelievably bad from start to finish. There is absolutely no value for money. The venue is extremely disorganized, and the tables are arranged so poorly that the only place to dance is a narrow passage where the staff constantly push past you every few seconds. It completely ruins the atmosphere. The shows were disappointing, and the sound system and vocals were honestly embarrassing for a venue that claims to offer premium entertainment. The service was by far the worst part. I waited over 30 minutes for a single drink, and the birthday cake we brought was never even picked up to be served to our guests despite multiple reminders. The staff seemed disorganized, inattentive, and indifferent. Overall, the experience was frustrating, disappointing, and far below expectations. For the prices they charge, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Don’t waste your time or your money. If you’re looking for a place to actually enjoy your evening, stay away from Antika Beirut.
