a week ago10/10 The resort was truly beautiful, with excellent service and very friendly staff. The location was stunning and really showed what a gem Lebanon is. We stayed in a suite with a sea view, and the room was absolutely amazing I highly recommend it. The only downside was that there were quite a few flies around the pool, and the beach could have been cleaner as there were some cigarette butts and plastic. With better maintenance, it would have been a perfect 10/10 – otherwise, everything was fantastic! Lebanon is an amazing place to be and this resort was wow. I booked with hotels.com and stayed at deluxe room, it was easy and fine. // Will be back Next year.

3 months agoI came across a lot of negative reviews about this resort, but our experience was quite the opposite. We didn’t book a room or chalet—just spent the day with the kids enjoying the pool and beach. It turned out to be an excellent family-friendly destination. Entrance fees were $25 for adults and $15 for children. On a weekday, the resort wasn’t crowded at all. The atmosphere was relaxed, very welcoming to families, and burkini-friendly. The sandy beach was especially a hit with the kids. If you’re considering a visit, don’t let the negative reviews discourage you!

2 months agoUnexpected spacious greenery resort located by the lovely Mediterranean Sea, with amble parking space and valet services, 24/7 security. The only down part is the service quality (housekeeping in specific) and the fact that you have to pay for any visitor without any minimum cap.

a month agoSo i gave one star because i had to..but in fact it was 0 star. First of all, when we arrive we couldn't open our room, we called the reception.. he came with a key and opened our door to us and then he came with tools to fix the lock!! Like they couldn't do it in advance. Second the room was like a sauna, closed, AC off, and it was around 40 degrees outside so way hotter inside. He turned the AC when we went in..the remote control had a broken screen so he had to guess the mode but apparently he was used to it. But this AC was just blowing some air like a normal fan and to our surprise he tried to convince us like it was working..like we are stupid or something. Anyway..third the fridge..he told me that it is only to keep cold..i opened it and honestly we can boil eggs inside..and it was broken AS WELL. On top of that, we asked to change the room because i think we had the right to..The receptionist didn't even bother and told us to leave!!! Thankfully he refunded us that was the only positive feedback! We got our refund yayyyy!!

3 months agoI tried to have breakfast, worst breakfast- they charge 20$ per person breakfast. I paid 40$ for only 2 eggs fried - 1 each. 1 plate of fool for both- a small Labneh plate They fried only one egg per person ( very thin) Egg has very bad smell. Coffee came spilled all over the saucer. Cucumber cut and left with the base. Even the waiters they are nice but they are unaware of some service protocols.
